By getting started with or using Kareet, you agree to these terms. Kareet is currently offered as a guided service: we onboard you by hand for 30 days, then automate proven workflows.
Eligibility
You must be authorized to represent your business. Signup uses the email from your get-started request. One workspace per business unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate application and account information.
- Keep credentials confidential; notify us of suspected compromise.
- Comply with laws governing your industry, ads, email, and messaging.
- Do not abuse APIs, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Service & AI output
AI-generated copy, designs, and recommendations are drafts until you approve them. You are responsible for published content, ad spend, and customer communications. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
Fees
Pricing is communicated during onboarding. Third-party API usage (ads, email, hosting) may incur pass-through costs. We rate-limit endpoints to protect your bill and ours.
Limitation of liability
Kareet is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates unless mandatory local law applies.
